Effects of Different Irrigation Modes on the Growth, Physiology, Farmland Microclimate Characteristics, and Yield of Cotton in an Oasis

In order to determine the effects of different water-saving irrigation techniques on physiological growth, farmland microclimate, and yield cotton (Gossypium Spp.), a two-year field experiment was carried out in an oasis area Northwest China, three methods were tested, including on-film (T1), under-film drip (T2), automatic (T3). The results showed that relative humidity, plant height, leaf area, stem thick, photosynthetic index with T3 treatment significantly higher than those T2 T1. air soil temperature (except seedling stage) considerably lower According fitting statistical analysis each yield, except for temperature, other indices positively correlated yield.
